Simple Fix

After we harvested Raspberry Alice from whole fruit raspberries, we selected more barrels of mature Alice that had been in barrels for over a year to age on the spent fruit for more than 7 months at a ratio of seven pounds of raspberry per gallon. Simple Fix is golden with a pink hue; earthy, floral, and fleshy fruit aroma, with an herbal, oak, and macerated raspberry flavor, finishing with a bristly acidity and medium carbonation.
