Six years young! This Tampa Bay Beer Week we’ll be celebrating our 6th Anniversary! 🎉

Join us Friday, March 6th as we raise a glass to the exciting exploration of fermentation forward beers. Our whole campus will be buzzing with excitement as Foeder For Thought will be taking place in the Beer Garden while we will host @jamessuggstrumpet here in the cellar.

Expect a special curated tap and bottle list along with all the Foeder For Thought beers available by the glass.

Foeder For Thought returns in 2025! Alongside our good friend Michael Kiser, founder of Good Beer Hunting, we are excited to invite you to join us at our 10th annual festival of fermentation forward beers during Tampa Bay Beer Week! Foeder for Thought will be held on Friday, March 7th, 2025 from 5pm-10pm.

This year, we are continuing to combine the celebration all things fermentation forward with the 6th Anniversary of Webb’s City Cellar - extending the festival onto Baum avenue with live entertainment throughout our campus.

As in years past, we create an elevated and unique experience by blurring the boundaries between consumer and producer. Every year we work to broaden Foeder for Thought and maximize the experience while maintaining a clear and memorable event unlike any other. That's why, for the first time, we are working with BeyLoved Pairings to curate delicious and thoughtful food pairings with each producer. Foeder for Thought will remain open to the public, but the pairings are exclusive to VIP ticket holders. Tickets include custom Foeder for Thought merch, and a streamlined experience designed to remove as many barriers between you and the celebration as possible. Everyone will have access to the festival beers as well as the one-on-one discussions with the five brewery producers, led by Michael Kiser. We couldn't be more thrilled to share the night with you, and as always, thank you.

  • 4 beers from each Guest Brewery

• Each beer available for purchase by the glass affiliated with the festival at Green Bench Brewing Co. and Webb’s City Cellar

We will chat about relevant industry topics, get opinions, laugh, and raise a glass to these special beers. Yes, there will be a lot of drinking, talking, hanging with friends, but our focus is on what and why these beverages are so special to us. Our passion, our focus, our attention is on fermentation forward products, and expanding our growth and knowledge in that realm.

We are bummed that we couldn't make Skating Across Borders happen this year, but our community has rallied behind us to present a community gathering in its place. Please join us this Saturday for the release of our annual Skating Across Borders beer, this year so appropriately named, City Stellar - IPA. We’ve got Glass House Point, Who The * Is Pilot Jonezz, Taverns, and Seven Stone ready to bring a crowd to the beer garden with a free show. We'll also be hosting our annual raffle. This year's raffle and a portion of City Stellar beer sales will be donated to the We Are St. Pete Fund benefitting residents, small businesses, and City of St. Petersburg employees recovering from Hurricanes Helene & Milton.

We know it's not what we/you were planning or expecting, but we are looking forward to seeing our friends and fam supporting one another in one place all the same.
