Join us as we celebrate the lead-up to Allagash’s annual Saison Day with an intimate guided pairing experience highlighting the many expressions of saison.

Guests will enjoy a four-course tasting menu thoughtfully paired with saisons from Allagash and Green Bench, along with live commentary from both teams exploring the craft, tradition, and inspiration behind each beer.
