Searching For Tomorrow

Searching For Tomorrow is a blend of mixed-culture dark ales, foeder fermented and wine barrel aged prior to a long fermentation on whole fruit blackberries at a ratio of nearly three pounds of fruit per gallon of beer. Jammy and tart, Searching For Tomorrow has a subtle chocolate character that balances out the fruit, which finishes dry and crisp.
